About Abbott Lawrence

Howdy! Growing up, I was all about cars. As a kid, I played countless racing games and tortured many Hot Wheels. Then, as a teen, I got more into automotive news and Netflix shows. Later on, I was gifted my father’s NA Miata where I would take a toothbrush to clean the engine bay and jack up the car to take off and clean the wheels. Now I couldn’t be happier to say that I work as a Project Planning and Management Analyst at Toyota Motors North America. I hope that in my time with the Company, I can become invaluable in continuing the legacy of Toyota being the number one automotive manufacturer in the world. Since joining the industry full-time, I have learned many things about where vehicles are heading. From this, I’ve formed one overwhelming goal, and that is to be influential in the further development and adoption of better emissions and alternative fuel technologies. I seek to use my degree in Industrial Engineering and my passion for people and cars to better the world we live in. I have additional experience and/or education in Project Management, Mathematics, Ethical Leadership, Data Center Operations, and Property Maintenance. Finally, I have a drive to find the best in people and hope to empower as many as I can to do their best.
