About Abby Bell

After seven years of working internationally as a teacher and then vice principal, it was time for me to return home to America in 2021. During my tenure as an international school K-12 educator and leader, I developed a love for data analysis, honed my skills in teamwork and change management, and cultivated a deep desire to pursue diversity and inclusion. My education and leadership background have prepared me to be an excellent facilitator, adept at bringing people together and fostering productive collaboration. Furthermore, my Master's degree in Conflict Management has equipped me with the tools to help individuals navigate and resolve complex interpersonal challenges. Currently, I work at Lipscomb University in the Provost's Office, where I spearhead special projects, create systems to streamline academic operations and oversee faculty communications. My colleagues will attest to my passion for teamwork and my ability to leverage leadership skills and positivity to motivate staff and drive meaningful change within the organization. I am a prolific idea generator and relish the opportunity to find solutions to intricate problems. I possess a keen eye for identifying patterns, which I utilize to help my organization prepare for the future and enhance my prowess in schedule management and data analysis. Grappling with complex issues invigorates me, and I have extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to apply my skills to helping organizations navigate their most formidable challenges.
