I analyze, study, and consult in the field of communication studies, specifically organizational communication contexts. I appreciate working with students and adult learners as they explore and develop the art of communication. I teach: Communication and Conflict, Communication and Leadership, Communication in the Workplace, Communication Studies Internship, Communication Theory, Family Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Introduction to Human Communication, Mediation, Negotiation, Organizational Communication, Org Comm in Diverse Contexts, Persuasion, Public Speaking, Self-Leadership, Small Group Communication, Training & Development, and University Honors Thesis. I continue to research motivation and supervisor/subordinate communication, emotional intelligence within groups, conflict, and First Ladies & Media.
