About Abby Hunn

Current Trainer with a passion for development and communication. In my current role I am responsible for training EMR's to new hired and existing associates, training soft skills and leadership courses to new and existing associates, creating course materials for integrations of new clients, training incoming trainers into the department, writing SOP's and keeping all procedures up-to-date, scheduling meetings, enrolling learners in needed courses, and tracking learner completion of tasks/courses. My previous experience in Training and Development has been mostly one-on-one training but have a very great love for training large class sizes (100+). My roots are deep in education as most women in my family have been educators in their lives. It is my sincerest pleasure watching the infamous "light bulb" moment for learners. My focus is adult learning, although I have taught all age groups. Throughout my training journey, I have had many successes including: Becoming a SMART (Specialized Mentor And Revenue cycle Trainer) Receiving a promotion within 6 months of hire date Winning a national Learning and Development award Having my training requested by many executive leaders Outside of my career, I am a cook, singer, actress and cat lover. I look forward to expanding my expertise in the Learning and Development world.
