About Abby Jimenez

Abby Jimenez is an accomplished pastry chef and prize winner of Food Network's hit show, Cupcake Wars. She has been seen on several seasons of Fabulous Cakes on TLC and is a best selling romance novelist. Abby has an extensive retail background with six years within the Limited Brands Company as a high volume retail Store Manager. She founded Nadia Cakes out of her home as a home based cake business in 2007. In 2009 she opened her first retail bakery location in Palmdale, California. In 2012 Abby moved to Minnesota and Nadia Cakes expanded to the Greater Minneapolis area with a large bakery in Maple Grove, MN and Woodbury, MN. Nadia Cakes is an award winning bakery with numerous recognitions. Erin Campbell of Nadia Cakes took the prize for the company by winning Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship. Abby's wry literary wit was the voice behind several viral social media posts for the company, including the now trademarked Vageode ™ Cake. Abby has two three book deals with Hachette Book Group's romance division, Forever Romance. Her first two novels were instant USA Today Best Sellers and are being translated into other languages all over the world. Her third book, Life's Too Short, is expected April 2021.
