I have 4+ years of experience as a MA licensed real estate agent specializing in real estate operations, managing a team of 4 agents and additional support staff, as well as assist the owner of our company with the needs of her business. I manage the day-to-day operations of the team which includes: print marketing & social media, client events, database management, hiring & training, maintaining team operations manuals & all client related documentation, overseeing listings from intake to close including management of paperwork, staging, photos & all contract to close transaction related tasks. I also create and execute a yearly marketing calendar & client gifting program, assist in running promotions to drive client engagement & increase reviews as well as attend trainings to stay updated in the latest in the real estate market. Prior to going into real estate, I worked part-time at the JCC Community Center as Family Connector & as a Beauty Consultant for clean beauty brand Beautycounter. I chose to take time off in between traditional jobs when I had my son to be able to stay home with him during the early years of his childhood. By working at the JCC and at Beautycounter, I was able to stay connected to my community, form new relationships & keep my communication and networking skills fresh. My earlier experience includes 10+ years as a print and digital marketer within fashion retail (Victoria Secret), financial services (Bank of America/Merrill Lynch), auto (Honda Civic) and consumer product goods (MARS, Just For Men, EAS, Moretz PowerSox) categories. I developed print and digital (including display, mobile, social and search) media strategies, including initial research for appropriate media mix, creation of key brand goals, negotiation of major sponsorships, campaign execution and delivery of post-campaign wrap-ups with future recommendations.
