About Abby Lancaster

I am a motivated individual dedicated to supporting others in developing a passion for fitness.In my time as a class instructor, I have built a community of fitness enthusiasts who attend my classes weekly, and I believe the waitlists are a testament to the Kettlebell and WOD classes that I provide! I consider my programming carefully, always aiming for the client to leave feeling that they have learnt a new skill or something about themselves, particularly within my kettlebells classes. My goal is to educate and empower through teaching that motivates people to explore their abilities and boundaries. I am dedicated to health and fitness, using my free time to learn from other leading professionals to further educate myself. Working for Salus London, I have developed skills in programming strength training that promotes muscle growth, helping clients to explore their boundaries in finding new strengths and supporting clients in considering how they can begin creating sustainable changes to their lives. My passion for health and fitness has been ever present, growing up in the dancing world, however teaching through the lockdown, it became clear that my true connection was with the fitness world which I have strove to develop ever since. My background in dance, achieving high level qualifications in a number of disciplines, and performing in locations such as Disneyland Paris and Sadlers Wells has developed my confidence and skills in performance. In summary, I know that I can bring the energy, professionalism and most importantly passion required for the role of a group exercise instructor.
