About Abby Maxson

I am an MBA student at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, focusing on general management. I plan to graduate in April 2024 and above all value the importance of interpersonal relationships. I am passionate about people, whether it's partnering with new communities for my current Head of Partnerships role or seeing my boss’s reaction when I solved a freight discrepancy issue that saved the company a month. I also cultivated this passion on campus through serving as the Vice President of Recruitment for my sorority, recruiting the largest new member class in our chapter's history. Growing up in the midwest, I have always cherished family, faith, and hard work. From when I bought a bike when I was 15 so I could make it to my first job scooping ice cream to leading a bible study group through Greek InterVaristy, I stick to my work ethic and values. I am a hard worker and care about the relationships I build around me. My strongest skills include communication, attention to detail, and organization. In the future, I hope to utilize these skills in the area of sales and develop stronger interpersonal relationships. You could be one of them, let's connect!
