Payroll and benefits expert with over 18 years of experience in payroll and human resources. Currently, I manage the payroll administration for over employees at UCP Central PA, a non-profit organization that provides services and support for people of diverse abilities. I have a B.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies from Albright College, where I learned the fundamentals of organizational behavior, leadership, and communication. In my role as a Payroll Manager, I have successfully implemented processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. I have also developed strong skills in employee benefits, human resources, and employee relations, and I have supported various HR initiatives and projects. I am passionate about empowering UCP Central PA's mission and vision, and I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals who share my goals and aspirations.
