OPEN TO NEW OPPORTUNITIES!i'm looking for new opportunities in the industry of fashion/garment/ textile to opening skills and knowledge. As a designer side, I would to bring a focus on quality and effectiveness to each collection or each samples before sending to buyers. As a lecture side, i always believe that all students will perfect collections by their abilities. i do not mind unfamiliarity students, just affaid of indolent students. PERSONAL STRENGTH- Validate patterns/sample before sending to Buyers, where needed - Handle from the sampling processding to production- Communicate clear (via email or zoom meeting.) and concise comments to optimize the outcome at the next stage of the process- Make recommendations ( of course cost considered) and review/updated patterns where required- Whenever Sample submission is very poor in spec or workmanship, inform to Buyers the sample is rejected. Or in case production schedule is tight, I will ask Buyer video meetinh to review the sample together, discuss challenges and agree next steps- Performance management- escalate Buyers sample submission performance and manage countinuous improvement plan- Attend PP meetings as required (risk basis)- Provide technical experience and support to internal or external stake holder at all stages of the product development process starting at TP throughto Pre-production sample stage- Support FTY or QA/QC teams to understand Buyer suggesttion and product standards- Carry out risk assessment evalution as early in the process as permits, and make practical suggestions to mitigate risk.
