About Abby Phipps

I am a strong, hard working, creative and curious young woman. I have always been one to take challenges and new ideas with excitement. Unique life moments such as performing in a circus, being a theater lighting designer, learning to ride a motorcycle and spontaneously moving across the country have taught me more about myself and how to work to accomplish the tasks in front of me with pride and full commitment. I have always been a curious learner. Why people do the things they do and what it is that impacts them is fascinating to me. Here are a few facts I have been able to learn about myself:* My DISC personality is naturally a D(I) and adaptively a D(C).* I strive when I get to work in a constantly changing space because I love variety and always want to do more.* I have a natural "results" focused mindset and have taken the time to develop focusing on those around me to be even more productive.* I have an "I wonder what would happen" mentally and have learned how to integrate that in my professional life to find creative solutions and create more efficiency in my systems. I strive to be apart of a team and culture that I am able to be creative with, succeed in meeting deadlines and goals and be constantly improving.
