About Abby Silbert

I’m passionate about helping others find clarity and confidence during life’s most meaningful transitions. As Founder of Holding Both Hands LLC, I guide families navigating the complex and emotional process of finding the right next living options for their aging loved ones. Through personalized consultations and compassionate support, I help simplify decision-making so families can move forward with peace of mind.In my long-standing career as an Executive Vice President with Arbonne, I’ve built a thriving business focused on holistic health, wellness, and empowering others to live their best lives from the inside out. This experience has strengthened my belief that true well-being extends beyond physical health — it’s also about emotional balance, connection, and caring for those we love at every stage of life. These two paths share a common purpose: helping people thrive — whether that means creating a healthier lifestyle or guiding a family through one of life’s most delicate transitions. Let’s connect — I’m always open to collaborating, sharing resources, or simply exchanging insights about wellness, aging, and leadership. abby@silbert22.com | 203-605-8813
