As a Purchase Clearing Specialist at Benchmark Mortgage, I leveraged my extensive experience in the mortgage industry to resolve post-closing purchase clearing conditions with various investors. I manage multiple investor purchase clearing pipelines, ensuring loans are purchased in a timely manner. I also proactively communicate with internal and external clients to obtain information to clear investor conditions. I have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including roles as an Appraisal Underwriter and Post Closing Appraisal Support Specialist. In these roles, I reviewed and analyzed residential appraisals daily, reconciled findings with investor and program guidelines, and led training efforts and quality control. My goal is to provide accurate and efficient service to clients and stakeholders in the mortgage industry.
