Making technical offers with cost prices (our technical offers include panels and instrumentations ). Reviewing the received offer from suppliers against the required specs. Secure technical support and clarification to customer and sales departments Reviewing the received order against the submitted offer.**After the awarding step: Preparing the order form and sending it to the order processing responsible (shipping responsible in Comex) if it’s possible. Preparing an order confirmation and sending it to the order processing responsible if it’s possible. Reviewing the receiving goods in our stores against customer orders & requirements. Prepare goods according to the bill to be delivered to the client. Providing technical support after sales. Make the elementary drawings & as-built drawings for our panels.(Commissioning step): Making visits to sites to finish our work to operate our systems including troubleshooting (manual and automatic). Make the final drawing (as built) related to our panels.**AWH system:(Anti-Water Hammering system) Adjusting safety relief valves to required pressures, making a group of electrodes for each bypass, and maintaining the solenoid valves.**Calibration role :(Calibration) Calibrate instrumentation if it’s possible (in the site or our calibration room). Responsible for site services for the supplied equipments. Prepare internal reports after site service.
