About Abdallah abu Eidah

I am a Senior IT Engineer with over 7 years of experience in system administration, endpoint security, and technical support, currently serving at Boubyan Bank of Kuwait. My expertise spans Active Directory multi-domain environments, Microsoft Exchange administration, VMware vSphere virtualization, and enterprise endpoint protection platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, Trend Micro, and Endpoint Protector. I have hands-on experience managing IT operations using industry-standard tools such as ManageEngine Desktop Central, AD Manager, and BMC Remedy, as well as administering DHCP, Cisco switching, Two-Factor Authentication (RSA SecurID, Microsoft Authenticator), and Cisco IP Telephony systems including compliance tasks via Cisco Imagicle. Beyond technical support, I play a critical role in validating firewall change requests, managing service accounts, reviewing endpoint vulnerabilities using Nessus, and participating in disaster recovery failover testing to support business continuity. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computing, and I’m VMware Certified (VCP - DCV). I’m passionate about security, efficiency, and delivering IT solutions that are aligned with enterprise needs. I welcome professional networking and collaboration opportunities in infrastructure, security, and system operations.
