About Abdallah Adlan

The start of this decade has brought more attention to healthcare research from people from all walks of life perhaps like nothing else the world has seen in recent history. With 20+ years of leadership and research along with two PhDs I have built a strong reputation as a thought leader and change agent in the healthcare research ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Two examples of the value I have brought the Saudi healthcare research ecosystem are serving as the first employee what became a multi-billion SAR research entity in KAIMRC and in 2018 I was a co-founder of the Saudi NIH. It is with this backdrop and genuine passion for more ethical healthcare that I am optimistic about the future of healthcare research in the Kingdom and around the world as this decade begins with unprecedented challenges. In terms of recognition on an international scale, I was recently bestowed with an award from the British Council for the UK Alumni in Saudi Arabia for entrepreneurial excellence in co-founding KAIMRC.
