About Abdallah Eteleeb

My primary research interests are in the area where mathematics, statistics, and computer science are applied to solve biological problems. I am particularly interested in the development of computational algorithms and approaches to analyze high-throughput next-generation sequencing data for different applications such as RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and variant detection analyses. I am also interested in the exploration of bioinformatics/health BIG DATA and apply machine learning and data mining techniques to extract useful information from it. My general areas of expertise lie in bioinformatics, computational biology, big data, and next-generation sequence analysis.
