About Abdalmaged Aldhahry

As an ATC Operation Specialist at Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS), I lead and support the air traffic control (ATC) operations at the Jeddah Control Tower, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with national and international standards. I also serve as an ATC examiner, assessing the performance and competence of ATC trainees and staff. I have over 9 years of experience in ATC, having worked as an ATC Training Specialist and an ATC Operations at SANS. I graduated from Nav Canada with a diploma in ATC in 2014, and I obtained the certifications of ATC, ATC Instructor, and ATC Examiner from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Saudi Electronic University, aiming to enhance my management and leadership skills. I am passionate about developing and delivering effective ATM procedures, and policies, and I have contributed to multiple projects and initiatives in this domain. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of ATC and project Management professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to improve the quality and reliability in an organization.
