While being open to learning new areas of business, I've gained valuable leadership experience in Corporate, Business to Consumer and Business to Business environments. Throughout my career I've led teams of in-field sales, outbound sales, inbound/online sales, retention and customer service representatives. This breadth of experience has taught me how to engage employees and turn creative ideas into revenue generating solutions, reduced costs or improved operational performance. By actively coaching and mentoring, my direct reports have elevated their careers through lateral and vertical movement in various organizations. A passion for inspiring and motivating people gives me energy to excel at anything I focus on. Discovering what employees value and how they liked to be engaged is constantly a priority because it helps deliver a human centric customer experience. I always find ways to leverage my strengths and build compelling strategies in order to meet the needs of a fast paced, competitive industry filled with constant change.
