About Abdelrahman Elsayed

I worked for two years as a German customer service representative support at Amazon, where I was there dealing with customer problems that were related to their financial transactions and problems that were related to the goods purchased by the masters. Two years later, I took a higher position and got a promotion and worked as a German Floor walker. In this position, I had other tasks as I was like the manager and I had to deal with customer problems regarding the service and regarding complaints about delays in some orders. I also worked as a quality as a loan, as I used to hear calls that had errors from some employees and gave an evaluation to the Operation in order to work to avoid these errors. I have also been doing statistics for the most problems that come with bad evaluations to give some sessions as soft skills so that most of the employees get a good evaluation. Now I work as German Technical and Sales specialist at Microsoft
