Thirteen years of the industrial automation expertise and application and troubleshooting experience involving the medium voltage (MV) drives and solutions for the heavy industries. Subject matter expert in the power quality analysis and remediations for harmonics, power factor, voltage sags/swells for the applications involving the medium voltage current source and voltage source drives. One year of teaching experience in the Applied Electrical Motion and Control Management program in the Conestoga College, Kitchener, Ontario. Six years of teaching and research experience in a Canadian post-graduate university Designed and implemented a new self-tuning intelligent controller based on the artificial neutral network and wavelet transformation for the interior permanent magnet motor drives. Peer-reviewed conference and journal publications in advanced controller and fault diagnostic techniques for the motor drives utilizing the advanced neutral network and machine learning algorithms. Received the Industry Applications Society (IAS) Industrial Automation and Control Committee (IACC) prize paper award. Servicing as an Associate Editor of the Transactions on the Industry Applicaitons. Leading the task force Advances in Applied AI under the IACC of the industry applications society. Received the Rockwell Automation Q2 2023 Power Control Business (PCB) Excellence Award. Received the Rockwell Automation Q1 and Q2 2025 Remote Support Services (RSS) Power Recognition Awards.
