With over seven years of experience in farmer empowerment, I have progressed from a Field Facilitator to leading a team responsible for introducing cocoa intervention projects. I played a pivotal role in facilitating and developing an internal control certification system across most cocoa areas in South Sulawesi. My expertise encompasses program management, group involvement, activity planning, monitoring and evaluation, and fostering harmonious coordination with various stakeholders, including government, private sector, and other related parties. Throughout my career, I have successfully trained and facilitated numerous cocoa farmers, aiding in their personal development and the growth of their communities. Noteworthy projects include facilitating the Soppeng Cocoa Farmer Field School (FFS) in the Sustainable Cocoa Production Program (SCPP) from 2015 to 2018 and overseeing Cocoa Certification in Wajo, Soppeng, and Bone from 2017 to 2019. Currently, I lead a dedicated team for sustainable cocoa projects in North Luwu and East Luwu since 2019
