About Abdirahman Qorane

I’m a Data & Analytics Engineer focused on designing and optimising data pipelines that are clean, scalable, and reliable. My current work involves SQL development and query optimisation, building stored procedures, and shaping data into trusted models that support real business analysis.I have a strong foundation in ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, data quality, with experience visualising insights through tools like Tableau. At Datitude, I work with AWS (Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions), Python, and Bash to integrate and transform data from multiple sources, applying DevOps principles like version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code to keep workflows efficient and repeatable. What excites me most is solving problems end-to-end: taking raw, messy data and turning it into structured, valuable insights while building systems that are testable, observable, and built to last.Core skills: SQL optimisation | Data modelling | ETL/ELT pipelines | Data quality | Data visualisation | AWS | Python | Bash | Terraform | GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
