have been working in the automobile industry for the past 25 years, holding leadership positions in dealership service management for the last 14 years. During my career, I have worked with various brands, including Maruti Suzuki, Ford, Hyundai, Renault, MG, Citroen, and Tata, through my roles at Mody Ford, Kalyani Motors, Talwar Hyundai, PPS Motors, and Tristar Vizag. My expertise lies in enhancing service business operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and engaging manpower effectively. I have successfully steered dealerships towards profitability by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets in alignment with management guidelines. By streamlining processes, maintaining disciplined operations, and securing 100% team involvement, I have been able to deliver exceptional results. I began my career in the automobile industry in starting as a washing boy after failing my Secondary School Certificate (SSC). Through hard work and dedication, I continuously improved my skills and impressed my superiors, allowing me to progress in the field. To meet the requirements for further advancement, I completed my ITI and joined a dealership as a technician. I excelled in this role, demonstrating strong technical and leadership skills. This led to a series of promotions, from Technical Advisor to Supervisor, Floor In-Charge, and then Front Office In-Charge. To further advance in this field, I completed a Diploma in Automobile Engineering with a percentage of 69%. Subsequently, I was promoted to Assistant Service Manager, Bodyshop Manager, and ultimately Service Manager. My career growth reflects my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
