Attending initial design meeting with client / consultant/operator and provide the technical details before awarding the project. Facilitating operational management initiative, managing the installation plan integrating delivery systems to achieve organization objectives. Ensure that design kitchen ventilation hood exhaust and fresh Air is calculated and specs is matching with tender specifications, cold room design door specs and floor specifications matching with tender space. Coordination civil,MEP, and gas contractor at site to ensure all activities going as per approved drawing. Ensure that steam pipe line routing has been done with sub contractor and make sure that standard tools and materials use and install. Provide solutions for technical engineering problems that occur at site. Inspection of electrical provision, plumbing provision verifying electrical load, current rating on single line diagram. Ensure that contract compliance the application accepted construction standard and acceptable standardisation of materials supplies. Ensure that custom fabrication stainless steel kitchen equipments drawing release for production as per tender specification. Ensure with MIR inspection that materials received meet specification and established standards of quality along with consultant and contractor. Testing commissioning personally involved for kitchen and laundry equipments, steam boilers and steam equipment machine, fire suppression, cold rooms, attend consultant snags and close the same time to obtain a compilation certificate.
