Calculate the duct and pipe size by manual and software. Prepare the BOQ and take Off Material. Providing the material submittal and review as per project specification. Selecting the equipment as per the design required and specification. Assuring the compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA,UL,ANSI,ASTM,AMCA. Stick to the gulf region design parameters and United Arab Emirates' codes. Preparation of conceptual, development and detailed design to standards. Assuring full compliance with Civil Defense, local authorities, and LEED (Green Building). Providing the operation and maintenance (0 & M) manuals to end users and participating in providing detailed training on different mechanical equipment. Assuring that all site works meet safety requirements, safety first.
