I am a Consultant Psychologist and Psychotherapist at AL SHIFA Poly Clinic, Trippanachi, and a Consultant Psychologist at Mindbae Wellness, dedicated to promoting mental well-being through evidence-based interventions. Additionally, as the Head of the Department of Psychology at MAO Arts & Science College, I am committed to teaching, mentoring, and developing mental health programs within the academic community. With a strong academic foundation in Applied Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, I have gained extensive experience in clinical and rehabilitation settings, including the Community Disability Management & Rehabilitation Programme (CDMRP) and Swami Dayananda Krupa Care. I am an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and a Kerala State Youth Commission Project Member, focusing on Mental Health at the Workplace. My expertise spans Child Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Human Resource Management, and I provide psychological assessments, therapy, and counselling for a wide range of mental health concerns. As part of Mindbae Wellness, I work alongside a team of highly experienced psychologists, offering structured, client-centered therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and an Eclectic approach. Our mission extends beyond therapy, with a strong emphasis on mental health advocacy, awareness, and stigma reduction. Passionate about research, professional training, and advocacy, I actively participate in conferences, workshops, and professional development programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in psychology. In addition to my clinical and academic roles, I am an experienced speaker and trainer, delivering seminars, workshops, and awareness programs on mental health.
