My expertise includes creating eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastics and developing high-performance polyurethane resins and water-based emulsions for printing inks and coatings. Key Highlights: Developed polyurethane resin for PU/Vinyl liquid inks (lab-scale to bilk production). Pioneered UV wood coatings for MDF in Pakistan. Researched barrier coatings with superior hydrophobic properties, redefining packaging sustainability. Bridged the gap between R&D innovations and market demands by collaborating with packaging converters and navigating regulatory requirements. Authored/co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed research articles.
