Abdul Khadir is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Esquare, A Web/Mobile Applications development company that focuses on delivering enterprise portal/Applications solutions for its clients. Have 20+ years of experience in IT Industry, Earlier he has worked for mPower where he managed multiple projects which included successful delivery of various Liferay projects. He has also worked with E2Open Development Corporation, Malaysia in delivering Supply chain management solutions. He has also worked with i2 Technologies,US/India taking care of the Quality Assurance, Build Managament, Performance Engineering and participated in the Total Quality Management(TQM) Initiatives across the company. Effective Project / Program Management with in-depth technology understanding for both services and products coupled with strong focus on quality and timeliness are the key skills that I have consistently applied resulting in Customer Delight.
