Post Graduated Mechanical & Boiler Engineer having Experience Especially for CFBC boilers in their Operation and Maintenance. •Expertise in Mechanical Maintenance(preventive & predictive) also have Experience in Condition Monitoring of Mechanical Equipments like (pumps, compressors,Blower & Bearings)along with static,Dynamic Balancing of Mechanical Equipments & Laser Alignment. •Involved in making & implementing of the preventive maintenance schedule of power plant Equipments and arranging the power plant critical equipment spares from the maintenance point of view. •Working as a team Lead in the Major over Hauling of CFBC & chain grate Boiler of sitara chemicals having capacity of 150 & 20 TPH respectively. •Involved in the Execution of maintenance activities of Descon Boiler 20TPH installed at sitara chemicals. •Involved in the installation of 250 TPH Local coal Boiler power plant Expansion project at sitara chemicals. •Involved in the dealing of the vendors which are associated with sitara chemicals from maintenance & operations point of view. •Involved in finalizing comparative statement and making the decision sheets for any project or parts of the Sitara chemicals power plant. •Involved in making the DPR (Daily progress report) of the plant and involved in trying to improve the plant efficiency on daily basis by analyzing daily reports of the power plant. •Involved in dealing SAP PM & Energy Module related to the sitara chemicals power plant. •Have a deversified knowledge about RO plant,cooling Towers,Fabric Bag filters & stack of the power plant. •Have a deversified knowledge about the Analysis of condition Monitoring Data & SAP.
