Electronics: • Knowledge about different electronic equipment like (VFD, servo drives, temperature controller, soft starter, encoder, PLC, HMI etc.). • Able to handle, install & calibrate Danfoss, Lenze, Mitsubishi VFDs etc. • Fair knowledge about PLC programming and HMI designing. • Knowledge about imaje inkjet printers & coders and its maintenance. • Able to calibrate of electronic weighing scales and can resolve its issues. Electrical: • Knowledge about A.C motors, controlling of magnetic starter, electric relay logic. • Operating and maintaining electric motors, transformers and other electrical equipment. • Able to understand the electrical schematic drawing of plants and machinery. • Knowledge about different servo motors and its loop and drive system. Instrumentation: • Knowledge about plant instrumentation equipment and its related maintenance. • Knowledge of PNP & NPN sensors and their interfacing, relay logic, ladder logic, electrical schematics, proximity switches, Timers and counters. • Experience on different types of Sensor like (proximity, photo eye, safety, capacitive, magnetic reed, thermocouple etc.). • Knowledge about pneumatic, hydraulic & solenoid valve and also its maintenance. Process operation: • Identify the process bottleneck and resolve through strategic manner. • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and incorporate its consequences as part of standard. • Eliminate operation losses through operation tool usage like (Unified problem solving, problem statement, yy analysis, where where analysis etc.). • Identify the cost saving projects and complete with excellence till the end. • Evaluate the process operation and maximize its capacity through standardize work tool. • Train and coach new comers/team members on operation tools.
