As a Sports Physiotherapist with a Master's in Physiotherapy (Sports and Exercise) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, I have developed a deep understanding of sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. My experience at SPOAT Health Care allowed me to integrate my passion for sports and exercise with advanced therapeutic techniques, providing effective treatment to athletes and active individuals. I focused on delivering evidence-based practices to enhance athletic performance, facilitate recovery, and prevent future injuries. Prior to this, I had the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team at All is Well Hospital, where we specialized in athlete recovery and performance enhancement. This experience further solidified my commitment to sports medicine, emphasizing collaborative care models and patient-centered approaches to ensure that every individual received personalized treatment aimed at achieving their goals. I also had the privilege of working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist at ProBack Back Care Clinic in Victoria, London. In this role, I focused on musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing advanced treatment techniques such as mobilization, manipulation, shockwave therapy, radiofrequency, and other electro-modalities. My work at ProBack involved treating a wide variety of patients, from athletes to those with chronic pain, ensuring that they could achieve optimal health and mobility. With a solid foundation in both clinical and sports physiotherapy, I am always committed to expanding my knowledge and delivering the highest quality care.
