At present working as Head – Business Support Management, Transaction & Employee Banking under the Corporate & Investment Banking umbrella and leading 80 members teams responsible for country-wide Implementation of HBL At Work coupled with extensive and diversified operational experience of Alternative Delivery Channels [Branchless Baking, Internet Banking, ATM], Cash Management, FINCON, Treasury Operations and last but not the least Coordinator for Privatization of Habib Bank Ltd. Proficient in process re-engineering, automation / digitalization coupled with planning, organizing, controlling, leading and analytical skills which played pivotal role and facilitated respective business in developing, testing and successfully implementing Internet Banking platform in domestic and International markets, solutions for Collections & Payments, Smart Cheque Printing and Branchless Banking with Digital Branchless Account Opening etc. The multidimensional abilities and strengths such as diligent, resilient, energetic, confident, persuasiveness and problem-solving attitude contributed in setting up / maintaining high working standards, strong team display and strong work ethics /.
