About Abdul Rachman

I began my professional journey in 2016 as a Java Programmer, working closely with clients to customize and implement HRIS applications that truly met their needs. From day one, I was involved not just in coding, but in delivering solutions that worked—end to end. As my career progressed, I expanded into Fullstack Development and later became a System Analyst, building recruitment and assessment platforms using AngularJS and Slim PHP. I also took on the challenge of acting as a Product Owner within a Scrum team, which deepened my understanding of software delivery from both a technical and business perspective. I later stepped into the role of Business System Analyst, where I gained valuable experience in procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract management. Today, I work as a Senior Business Analyst and Implementation Lead for a Dealer Management System, stepping into the automotive world—a new and exciting domain for me. My role bridges the gap between ideas and execution: translating business needs into digital solutions, ensuring successful adoption at the dealer level, and continuously evaluating post-implementation impact. I believe that real digital transformation is not just about building systems, but about delivering solutions that are understood, adopted, and drive meaningful change.
