I lead efforts in data modernization, complex migrations, cloud-based big data programs, vendor(s) coordination programs, data consulting services & Master Data Management (MDM). My role spans the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring functional alignment & seamless execution. I excel in integrating data from diverse systems to build advanced analytical solutions, particularly in areas like Merchandising, Distribution Centres, & Logistics, enabling organizations to unlock significant supply chain savings. I spearhead the development of a Custom Data Platform designed to help retail organizations deliver seamless customer experiences across all channels by providing rich insights into cross-channel behavioural data. In this capacity, I handle meticulous planning, resource management, risk management, & stakeholder engagement, ensuring comprehensive governance across all projects. My approach is rooted in continuous improvement—I’m always identifying opportunities for efficiency & quality enhancement, implementing reviews & assurance measures to drive successful project outcomes. As a bridge between business stakeholders & technology teams, I ensure that all programs align with business objectives & deliver measurable value.
