Over the past 23 years, I’ve led global IT operations, cloud service delivery and transformation programs across banking, SaaS, telecom and ITES sectors. My journey has spanned India, the UK and the US, with leadership roles at SDL (now RWS), JPMorgan Chase, Concentrix and Microland. From building high-performance service desks and driving ISO/SOC compliance to scaling delivery centers and optimizing cloud infrastructure, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of technology operations. At RWS, I’ve led the Bangalore site as Whole Time Director while managing part of cloud operations for global SaaS products. I’ve overseen service operations and transitions across 30+ countries, consolidated acquired sites and implemented ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy, knowledge of ivanti platform as well. As an Offshoring Strategy Director and Capability Director, I continue to align operations with business goals while driving transformation, service transition and cost efficiency. My expertise spans cloud service management, IT service Management (ITSM), site leadership, company director, offshoring strategy, compliance, governance, project management and people management. Whether it’s business strategy, transformation strategies, site growth strategies, customer success, supporting infrastructure or product L1–L3 support across geographies or embedding a culture of audit-readiness and continuous improvement, I focus on delivering outcomes that scale with the business.
