As a Senior Consultant at Praecipio, I help clients leverage the power and flexibility of the Atlassian suite to optimize their business processes and workflows. I have over four years of experience in configuring Jira Software and Jira Service Management, Assets, and automations. Some of my recent achievements include implementing full ITSM processes for a provincial health insurance provider, developing HRSM and Finance processes in JSM in Cloud, and creating Assets relationship with JSM for auto-populating data for service desk tickets. I also have experience in conducting assessments, Jira cleanup and standardization, establishing governance policies, and providing JSM training. I am passionate about finding creative and efficient solutions for both mature and new-to-Jira teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
