About Abdula Manafi

My working experience exposed me to several challenges in managing cooperation partners' expectations within the understanding of result oriented relationships. Such exposure helped me to be an expert in drafting, negotiating and implementing memoranda of Understanding, agreements and plans of action. It was also an opportunity to build an important network in many countries in Europe, Asia, America, and Africa, including my home country Mozambique, where I have good relations with people who matter. I am used to dealing with important political, social and cultural issues related to intereligious and intercultural dialogue, human rights, discrimination and incitement to hatred based on religion, faith or race. I possess a successful relationship building skills with key-influencing and cooperation partners, an I am a proactive leader and planner with cross functional expertise in drafting reports, briefings for and minutes of meetings, liaising with cooperation partners and other stakeholders. I am an effective communicator combined with flexible & detail oriented attitude with the ability to interact effectively, as well as with a great team spirit.
