As a nutritionist, it is my passion to work with like minds in the field of food and nutrition to bring an end to hunger and poverty using Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture concept. Over the years I have the privilege of been a facilitator for CMAM program in Kaduna and Sokoto. Currently I am running my PhD in Nutrition & Dietetics, we are aware by 2030 the global population will be over 50 billion there is a need to find sustainable protein source to feed these staggering population, as such I am currently working on insect protein and minerals within Nigeria with focus on their bioavailability. If accomplished, it will serve as an alternative source of protein and minerals for our ever growing population.
