As the Business Excellence Director at Servier Middle East, I lead the region’s transformation initiatives, focusing on business intelligence, digital innovation, and performance optimization. My mission is to enhance operational efficiency and strategic impact across functions, aligning closely with Servier’s 2030 vision. With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve successfully led cross-functional strategies in market access, pricing, and commercial excellence. My experience includes designing and executing market access frameworks that drive product uptake, spearheading pricing and reimbursement initiatives, and shaping commercial strategies that consistently deliver on growth and performance targets. I hold an MBA from the University of Northampton and a BS in Pharmacy from the Jordan University of Science and Technology. I’m passionate about building strategic partnerships, enabling sustainable access to healthcare, and expanding our presence across the region through collaborative leadership and data-driven execution.
