I have successfully negotiated with vendors and suppliers plans that focused on procurement, price and cost, customer relationships, marketing, quality assurance, acquisition & performance in operational streams that led to significant growth & profitability. Being on the Tender Committee for The Community Development Authority, providing critical oversight as a member of the Tendering Council, ensuring the highest level of efficiency in awarding tender submissions, establishing clear communication between governing bodies and committee members. I am known for being highly committed to providing critical insight and oversight on tender processes and project management strategies. Analyzing all bid documents related to tender submissions and providing competitive project pricing and evaluating risks and gaps within the delivery, time, planning, deploying of services, and implementing projects to improve quality.
