KPIs and strategic goals.Current responsibilities •Lead and manage a team of inhouse engineers responsible for supporting the Cloud Infrastructure Operation environment.•operate and support Telco Cloud including virtual, hardware base Network, Network Controllers, HW Servers, Storage and Compute/Control nodes, automation, Operating Systems and Hypervisors, tools as well as the Management and Orchestration (MANO).•Check, investigate and provide support to Cloud infrastructure and network solutions issues under contractors.•Supervise release and change management including operating systems upgrades, service packs installation, network function virtualization (NFV) as well as software and hardware migrations or replacement when needed.•Manage Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents resulting from cloud and virtual functions under control within the agreed Operational level agreements.•Monitor and follow up any vendor or supplier technical activities to prevent any impact on the running infrastructure or services used by external customers or to apply any technical change to enhance cloud infrastructure operation or user experience.•Support and assist in security vulnerability and remediation and apply security best practices at the cloud, operating system, and virtual element levels under control.•Check the required design, accept and test operationally the SDN / NFV / GenAI & Automation Tools/ Cloud solutions or components (such as VIM, VNFs/VNFM and orchestrator/ Management Tools) or network changes before live production and operation.•Develops personal growth opportunities for my team.•Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.•Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.•Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.•Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.•Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.•Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
