About Abdullah Alshammeri

I’m an emerging business leader with strong people management skills and a solid history of developing, motivating, and managing teams across multiple sites. I’m a great fit for roles such as Facilities O&M Manager, Project Manager, or Maintenance Manager for Facilities. As Senior Facilities Engineer with Saudi Railway Company, I’ve solved long-standing issues that prevented operation of the Hail - JOUF Stations. This required me to integrate and launch operations of these two stations. Never one to stop until the job is done, I continue to streamline operations by integrating operations and launching operations of a third station (QURAYAT). My strengths include O&M, revenue generation, operations, maintenance, and project management. I’m also an active listener who remains calm in tense situations and skillfully de-escalates client issues. Finally, I’m passionate about learning. In addition to my recently completed Executive MBA, I have a PMP® Certification as well as a Bachelor of Engineering. I am also a fully accredited member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
