About Abdullah Demir

Hi Everyone, I graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2021. Following my move to Ireland in 2022, I started working at ELIS Ireland, where I currently hold the role of Production Supervisor. My key responsibilities include overseeing production efficiency, troubleshooting machine malfunctions, and leading a team of around 60 people. Prior to this role, I worked as a WSP Operator at ELIS Ireland, where I gained hands-on experience in ensuring smooth machine operations and maintaining production continuity. During my time in Turkey, I also completed an internship at 3 Enerji Elektrik, where I worked on smart home systems and gained experience in electrical system design. In addition to my work experience, I am pursuing Full Stack Software Development at University College Dublin, set to complete in March 2025. My studies focus on key areas such as web design, JavaScript, Python, databases, and frameworks, helping me build a robust technical foundation. I have been involved in various exciting projects. These include “Anatolian Flavors,” an interactive web platform that showcases the rich culinary heritage of Anatolia, and “Madrigal Music,” a project aimed at providing music enthusiasts with a comprehensive platform. Additionally, my university project involved the development of a Remotely Monitored Smart Trash Container, a smart system aimed at optimizing waste management. I am passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning, and I am always looking for new challenges where I can apply my diverse skill set.
