About Abdullah Halimee

I am an HR Data Management professional at Pfizer with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. In my role at Pfizer, I handle and analyze employee data to ensure accurate integration, management, storage, and updates across HR systems. I support data mapping, conversion, and load activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; guide integration design from an HR data standpoint; and provide data management support for the HR data warehouse and downstream systems. I also review and implement data change requests, manage Workday configuration enhancements, and validate system updates to maintain compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Before joining Pfizer, I led technical teams supporting over refugees, built data pipelines and dashboards for national surveys, and developed university-wide management systems serving more than students. These experiences taught me how to handle sensitive data with care, improve processes, and deliver solutions that truly make an impact. I hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and multiple certifications in AI, data, and IT security. Currently, I am expanding my expertise through graduate studies in AI and advanced data management. I am passionate about data governance, integration, and system efficiency, and I’m always eager to connect with professionals who share the drive to make data work smarter.
