Since launching my first IT company in Alexandria in 2002, I've been on a relentless journey to bridge the gap between technology and business. I firmly believe that for IT to be truly effective, it must be deeply intertwined with every facet of the business, speaking its language and anticipating its needs. Joining UFC in 2010 as an IT Manager, my role quickly evolved. Recognizing the transformative power of IT, I expanded my horizons to manage support services and embarked on process reengineering across various departments. By 2019, my portfolio had grown to encompass the directorship of IT and Delivery, further solidifying my belief in the symbiotic relationship between IT and operations. This journey has also led me to contribute to marketing, catering, and B2B sectors, underscoring the versatility and impact of IT. Key Achievements- Successfully delivered complex IT projects across diverse sectors- Increased daily delivery sales by 300% in 4 years using data driven growth and operation skills along with strategic analysis- Spearheaded business consultations, aiding businesses in strategic decision-making. Beyond my professional roles, I've been honored to serve on the IMA board of directors for two years. My passion for numbers and data analysis led me to the podium at the inaugural Talabat Academy and later at an IMA event where I delved into one of my favorite subjects: Data-Driven Growth. I'm an ardent advocate for continuous learning and believe that true leadership lies in teaching others not just how to work, but more importantly, how to think. As I look ahead, I'm eager to further harness the power of IT to drive business growth, innovation, and transformation.
