From calling 100+ customers a day to closing deals with condo boards and SMBs, my journey in sales has been defined by curiosity, persistence, and a consultative mindset. I started in technical sales with a background in engineering and project management, which gave me a unique edge: I don’t just pitch solutions, I understand how they work, how they fit, and why they matter to the customer. At Rogers (via NTT Data), I worked on the Converge and Winback campaigns, reconnecting with former customers, resolving technical concerns, and customizing packages that made sense for them. One of my most rewarding wins was securing a bulk deal with 46+ condo units by listening closely, asking the right questions, and building trust. At Lunchbox, a digital startup, I focused on outbound prospecting with restaurant owners across North America. In just a few months, I booked multiple qualified demos and helped refine our cold calling scripts to better address objections. Today I bring that same consultative approach to Sage where I work as a Business Development Manager. My role goes far beyond outreach as it is about listening, asking the right questions, and guiding meaningful conversations. I use the BANT framework by exploring a prospect’s budget, needs, authority, and timeline to make sure every discussion is focused on solutions that truly fit. This approach helps leaders confidently choose ERP systems like Sage Intacct, Sage 300, and Sage X3 which unlock efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
