Successfully launched and scaled 4 Fintech ventures- an MFS of subsidiary setup- bKash (Brac Bank), a banking setup- MYCash (Mercantile bank), PSP- Dmoney (B2B & B2C Fintech) & Islamic Wallet- a Digital Banking platform. Build, develop, lead/manage digital businesses nationally for a 180mm-population footprint across Bangladesh. Developed first Customer APP & API Product in digital payment industry in country. Launched few-first ever Digital Payment product in Bangladesh & few in world- where the platform generated a combined total transaction of $6.37bn+ yearly. Led the operationalization of almost all types of digital payment solutions in Bangladesh & ensure compliance as per laws & regulations to keep align with business objectives & product features. Executed commercial routes to growth in forming framework for DFS ventures. Devised yearly Business Plan & executed such to drive acquisition & revenue growth in sales, mkt & eco-system development. Owns Investor mgt. & board projects. Developing DFS businesses in scopes of Banking, Super APP, Wallet, Payment Avenue & Service Eco-system. Built the largest merchant-footprint with touch points. Managed National P&L of 150+ territories & set 80k+ agent nationwide. Led dynamic marketing experts to execute critical strategies. Launched Brands in 360-degree channel. Established ‘Merchants & Payment’ business of bKash from scratch to a yearly $758 mm+ portfolio. Working with global/local service & Payment Partners in creating ecosystem to bring lifestyle, commercial & financial services to consumers, merchants & partners. Developing Service platforms consisting of Bill Pay, Ticketing, Savings, Insurance, Grocery, Health, MSME, On demand services, Lending & other 37 service verticals for customers’ daily usage. Led Business & Partnerships with MNOs, Banks, MFS, MFIs, FMCGs, Digital, Ecommerce, Payment Network & other Strategic Partners.
