I’ve spent my career driving service, sales and operations growth in the luxury automotive industry for Mercedes-Benz and Lexus – and bringing new initiatives to market. I’m repeatedly tapped to lead change and have created tools, teams, processes and products yielding unprecedented revenues and market share. As a graduate of Toyota’s intensive 10-year Management Training Program, I gained exceptional training (financial analytics, Operations, Customer Service and More) and got to roll up my sleeves in wide-ranging business functions through short- and long-term rotational assignments.
