I am a dedicated HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, team leadership, and HR operations. Currently serving as an HR Associate at Zikra Infotech, I specialize in sourcing top talent and managing the screening process for various roles. Previously, I advanced from an HR Intern to Human Resource Squad Leader at GAO TEK Inc, where I managed a team of 15–20 interns and consistently achieved 15–16 hires weekly. In addition to my HR expertise, I’m the Founder of WristPixies, a handcrafted beaded bracelets shop. Here, I oversee all aspects of the business—from product design to e-commerce management and customer relations—resulting in a significant increase in sales and customer satisfaction. My academic journey in the BBA program at IoBM has equipped me with a strong foundation in business principles, which I continuously apply in both my HR and entrepreneurial endeavors. I’m passionate about leveraging my skills to create value in every organization I’m a part of, whether it’s by optimizing HR processes or driving business growth through innovative strategies. I am now seeking an HR Executive role to further utilize my skills in HR strategy, team management, and talent acquisition, aiming to contribute to organizational growth and a positive work environment.
